Geannina Dinarte Romero

Master's Degree in Development Project Management from the Central American Institute of Public Administration, and a degree in Political Science with an emphasis on Government and Public Policy from the University of Costa Rica. Graduated from the High Business Management program of IPADE, Mexico. A 15-year career in the public sector, holding positions both in parliamentary advisory and in central government institutions. In the exercise of functions as Minister, she has led the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, as well as the Ministry of the Presidency of Costa Rica, which has allowed her to have extensive experience in planning strategy, formulation, implementation and monitoring of public policies, as well as broad interaction and dialogue with productive, social and political sectors of the country.
María Devandas Calderón

Candidate for a Master's in Diplomacy from the University of Costa Rica and the Manuel María de Peralta Academy, and a Law Degree with an emphasis in Human Rights also from the University of Costa Rica. She has 8 years of experience in the public sector, holding advisory positions to heads of central government institutions, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship and the Ministry of the Presidency. In addition, she has been a parliamentary adviser. Her last position in the public service was that of Vice Minister of the Presidency for Legislative Affairs, allowing her in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the Costa Rican institutional framework.
